Connect the Dots is a campaign designed to raise awareness of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and highlight its connection to other health conditions. The concept uses dots as a visual metaphor for connection—illustrating how CKD is linked to related conditions and how understanding these relationships supports better health outcomes.

A dot-based visual system creates a cohesive and approachable identity. In the logo, the two “O”s are represented as blue dots connected by a gradient line, symbolizing connection, progression and continuity across the health journey.

The result is a clear, engaging campaign identity that simplifies a complex topic while encouraging awareness, education and proactive care.
