OC View is a magazine designed bi-monthly for the Community Associations Institute (CAI), an international membership organization dedicated to Building Better Communities and has been the leader in providing education, resources, and advocacy to the volunteer homeowners and board members who govern community associations and the professional community managers and service providers who support them.
